The Environ® Skin Care Institute comprises three facilities, offering treatments utilising the latest technologies developed by Dr. Des Fernandes. Full-time therapists work from the Institute where clients and patients can have their treatments in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

"FULELA" is an imposing Cape Dutch residence designed by Sir Herbert Baker. It is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Upper Claremont and Bishops Court in Cape Town, South Africa. Immaculately restored and tastefully maintained, this beautiful house has been opened as one of the Environ® Skin Care Institute facilities. “FULELA” is where our clinical trials are conducted and monitored.

Dr. Fernandes also conducts much of the clinical trials and his research work from here to ensure that Environ® remains at the forefront of effective skin care treatment. In addition, he personally consults and provides treatments from the Institute at Fulela

The second facility in Cape Town is at the “Renaissance Body Science Institute” in the city centre. Renaissance is an integrated group practice of world class experts specialising in the art and science of well-being. Environ®’s training centre for the Cape is based in the Renaissance building on the second floor where Environ® have a 30-seat conference and training facility. Environ® skin care consultations and treatments are also offered at the salon in Renaissance.

The Johannesburg Treatment Centre is based in Illovo, home to Environ® Marketing and Training for the Gauteng region. A dedicated therapist ensures that every Environ® client has access to the specialised facial treatments using the Ionzyme® DF machine.
